hmm...was just thinking about my current employment status (or lack of)..i'm UNEMPLOYED. yes...i'm part of a certain percentage of singaporeans worried about where there next meal will come from..well..at least that's the stigma associated with the unemployed. thankfully for me..i'm still being fed..clothed..and not much money problems..well..who can say no to more money? that's the only problem i have..i don't have more money. so really..i'm leading the life of a student who just does not go to sch.. though...the silver lining is that my status my change to FREELANCE when people start calling me for tutoring (hear that jiaen? nenghui)..haha..or when we reach the 3rd of feb..whichever comes first. (:
i've never told you about this place i called..asking about an admin position they had open..and this lady basically took down my particulars (basically consisting name, age, add, no.)..and said she'll call me back if i were shortlisted. which led me to wonder..is she shortlisting me based on my voice? (hahaha...just imagine the scene. *lady deep in thought* 'hmm..caller no. 1 sounds really sweet. SHORTLISTED! caller #2 on the other hand..sounds like a total bitch...no way!!'). in case you're wondering..this is not how i've been spending my unemployed days..i've been reading..occasionally watching cartoons (highly entertaining..you shld try it jiaen)..and thinking up funny things to make myself laugh. somebody..pls...help me change my employment status!
